The year-end ceremony for the installation of officers for the 2007-2008 year and for the senior stolls will be Thursday, May 10 during lunch and sixth period. The last opportunity to earn NHS hours will be on Saturday, May 5. It is a walk-a-thon to honor Mr. Gaylord. Valedictorian applications are due on May 1. I hope everyone enjoys their last few weeks of school :)

The annual Student-Parent Dinner and Dance is coming up. This year's theme is "An Evening in Asia" . See any NHS member, Mrs. Pinckney, or Mr. Jarczyk for more information on the event. NHS members make sure to check the "Minutes" page if you missed the last NHS meeting (Monday, April 2nd) and want to know the things discussed during the meeting. The next NHS meeting for ALL members is on April 16th....Have a blessed Easter, everyone.

Thank you to everyone who helped out with "Water Safety Day" at Mesa Community College. Students helped guide elementary kids in several activities promoting safety around water. Reminder: Remeber to get your NHS hours in! You need 10 hours by the end of this semester. Listen to the upcoming meetings to see if there are more opportunities to earn hours.
